- File size and detected MIME type
- A randomly generated share code
- Your IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention)
- Date and time of upload
- Your chosen expiry duration and self-destruct preference
1.2 When a File Is Downloaded
We log the following data for each download event:
- Date and time of the download
- Browser user agent string
1.3 When You Submit an Abuse Report
We collect the share code of the reported file, the reason you selected, any additional details you provided, and your IP address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- Service delivery — to generate share links, serve downloads, and enforce file expiry
- Abuse prevention — to rate-limit uploads, detect misuse, and respond to abuse reports
- Security — to investigate suspicious activity and protect the Service
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Retention & Deletion

4. Data Security
Uploaded files are stored under randomly generated filenames and served through controlled endpoints. We employ rate limiting, input validation, and server-side security measures to protect data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:
- When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service or its users
- To the hosting provider, to the extent necessary for service operation
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Choose not to upload files or use the Service
- Use the self-destruct option to limit the availability of your files
- Request deletion of your uploaded files before their scheduled expiry
- Request information about what data we hold about you
